To access the elevators, enter through the Smithe Street entrance and staff will direct you. Hearing Devices: For those requiring hearing assistance, complimentary receivers for the Sennheiser Infrared Transmission System are available at no charge at the Lobby Coat Check. Quantities are limited. A valid driverâÂÂs license or credit card is required. Lastly, binoculars may be rented at the Main Lobby Coat Check.
Wheelchair and companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement in the Orchestra & Dress Circle Levels. In the Orchestra, companions will have a seat provided to them beside the wheelchair. Elevator access available from the main lobby to the Dress Circle Wheelchair accessible washrooms on the orchestra level and the 3rd floor. Depending on show configuration and stage set up, some sections may not be open for all events.
