Victoria Ska & Reggae Fest Day 4 ft.THE PHARCYDE, SISTER NANCY, MARLON ASHER, DANCEHALL BUSINESS & FRIENDS, TANK GYAL
June 21, 2025 to June 22, 2025
All Ages / Beverage Service for 19 yrs+ w/ID (Kids 10 and under free with adult).Saturday is a straight up banger of hip-hop, dancehall, and reggae, bringing together pioneers, innovators and generations for a night of bass-heavy beats and pure vibes.Headlining the night is none other than The Pharcyde, the influential hip-hop group which emerged from the West Coast in the 90s with their off-kilter flows, jazz-infused beats, and razor-sharp lyricism, The Pharcyde carved out their own lane in the golden era of hip-hop, dropping classics like Passin Me By, Runnin, and Drop. Their energy is timeless, their beats still hit hard, and their live show is a guaranteed party. Whether youve been bumping them since day one or youre just getting familiar, this is hip-hop royalty live in action.Next up is a true icon of reggae and dancehall: Sister Nancy. Shes back after her standout performance in 2019. If youve ever been near a reggae party, youve heard Bam Bama track so legendary its been sampled, remixed, and blasted through speakers worldwide for decades. As the first female dancehall deejay to make a global impact, Sister Nancys influence on the genre is undeniable. With a voice that commands the stage and a catalog of anthems that still set dancefloors on fire, her set at Ship Point is guaranteed to be one for the history books.Bringing his signature blend of reggae and ganja-inspired anthems to the festival is Marlon Asher, the Trinidadian artist best known for his massive hit Ganja Farmer. A key player in modern reggae, Marlon Ashers sound bridges the gap between roots reggae, dancehall, and conscious lyricism. His smooth vocals and infectious rhythms make for the perfect summer soundtrack.Keeping the dancehall energy alive is Dancehall Business re a lifelong dancehall fan or just stepping into the scene, this crew will have you moving from the first beat to the last.Holding it down on the decks is Tank Gyal. Known for her deep knowledge of dancehall, reggae, and bass music, Tank Gyals sets are a masterclass in selection, blending classics with the freshest riddims to keep the crowd in motion. If youre looking for that perfect mix of bass, groove, and nonstop movement, youre in good hands.Saturday at Victorias 26th Annual Ska & Reggae Festival is shaping up to be an unforgettable night of hip-hop, reggae, and dancehall heat. The vibes are locked in, the bass is turned up, and Ship Point is the place to be this June.
