Annual Mother's Day High Tea

Live music, warm scones, laughter in the air—it’s the Mother’s Day vibe we all crave. Treat Mom to an afternoon she’ll never forget.We are delighted to invite you to our 4th Annual Mother's Day High Tea at High Beam Dreams—a cherished tradition celebrating the wonderful mothers in our lives.

This year we have a new partnership and are excited to be collaborating with Pastry chef Hillary Prince (formerly of Brassica). Chef Hillary has English roots and is known for her deft hand in creating unique sweet takes on classic desserts. She spent much of her career at Vancouver’s award-winning Gastown restaurant L’Abattoir, where she worked alongside renowned chef-owner Lee Cooper and built an enviable dessert program. Previous to that, she was the first pastry chef of Quebec’s nose-to-tail restaurant DNA.

Our local entrepreneur gardener, Stephanie Grindon, BioScapes Gardening has been a busy bee since January this year to have the yard ready for the big day.
