About the Event
Grab your goblet — tis time for music, merriment, and mild peril.
Hark! Ye of questionable lineage and even more questionable taste in footwear — the Ottawa Pops Orchestra summons you for a quest through realms of (something about a medieval court) magic, peril, and poorly thought-out costume choices.
Dust off thy armour and grab thy goblet — A Knight at the Symphonie awaits! We'll journey through dragon-haunted mountains, misty meadows, and the ever-legendary Land of Far Far Away — with nothing but our instruments, some sheet music, and a few (something else here)
Arrive early for a Renaissance fair in the courtyard, a feast with local food vendors, a themed bar, and enough turkey legs (probably) to go around. It's the most noble, ridiculous, and revelrous way to kick off your summer.
Music from How to Train your Dragon, The Witcher, Shrek, Game of Thrones, Prokofiev, and more!
***
