This Mother’s Day, skip the usual, and give Mom a brunch beyond compare! Set in the heart of Gasoline Alley Museum, Mom will be treated to a feast as special as she is. Imagine golden buttermilk pancakes stacked high, velvety eggs Benedict and smoky, melt-in-your-mouth maple bacon—all served fresh and with love. Includes admission to Gasoline Alley Museum and gratuities, GST not included. Mother’s Day Brunch reservations do not include admission to Day Out With Thomas. If guests do want to attend Day Out With Thomas, they will need to buy an additional Day Out With Thomas admission ticket. Carving Station: Maple Brown Sugar Glazed Gammon Ham (DF, GF) - Grainy Dijon and Alberta Bakery herb bun. Hot Breakfast Items: Traditional Buttermilk Pancakes and Belgian Waffles (V) - Canadian maple syrup, whipped cream and mixed berry compote; Traditional Eggs Benedict - Choice of back bacon or sautéed spinach (V); Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs (GF, V) - Garden chives; Locally Made Maple Breakfast Sausages (DF, GF); Hashbrown Skillet Potatoes (DF, VE); Crispy Double-Smoked Maple Bacon (DF, GF). Vegetables & Sides: Cobb Salad (GF) - Iceberg lettuce, blue cheese, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, hard-boiled egg and ranch dressing; Balsamic Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes (DF, GF, VE) - With basil.
