About the Event
Using a printed picture of your choice, we'll show you how to "paint" your portrait by layering the canvas overtop the printed image.
Take home a unique portrait of yourself or a loved one, painted using your favourite words. In this session, we'll be copying out our favourite texts in handwriting to form a canvas. Using a printed picture of your choice, we'll show you how to 'paint' your portrait by layering the canvas over top the printed image.
After registration, attendees will be invited to submit 1 photo via email that will be printed and ready to use to make the text portrait. This photo can be of yourself, a loved one, or a pet.
This program is intended for older adults but all adults are welcome.
