Celebrate New Year's Eve with us above it all at Bar 17 Bistro - ourrooftop bar located on the 17th floor at Universal Aventura Hotel. Along with spectacular views, you'll enjoy a menu of bold Korean-inspired bites, as well as some familiar favorites. Sip on beer*, wine* and specialty cocktails* during the open bar* from 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM, then keep the party going with a cash bar* until 1:00 AM. Alive DJ will be spinning high-energy tunes, party favors will be handed out, and we'll raise a glass of prosecco* at midnight to welcome 2026 with a bang!

- Bulgogi Marinated Sirloin | Thinly-sliced, grilled-to-order, served with scallion salad, ssamjang and lettuce wraps.

HOT BITES STATION

- Korean Fried Chicken Bites | Crispy boneless chicken with soy-garlic and gochujang glaze, topped with scallion and sesame.
- Japchae Noodle Cups | Sweet potato glass noodles with stir-fried vegetables, served in mini bowls. Vegan
- Kimchi Mac & Cheese | Creamy cheddar mac with a subtle kimchi kick, served in individual ramekins.

- Chilled Cucumber & Seaweed Salad | Light and tangy with toasted sesame dressing.

PER PERSON - $200**: Experience our New Year's Eve celebration on the rooftop bar at Aventura Hotel. Savor featured menu items as often as you like throughout the evening, as well as select beers*, wines* and specialty cocktails* (open bar from 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM; cash bar from 10:00 PM - 1:00 AM). Plus enjoy live DJ entertainment, dancing and more before ringing in the new year with a prosecco* toast and party favors. Complimentary self-parking also included (not valid for overnight hotel guests). Limited open communal seating (not reserved) is included with the purchase of this General ticket.
