About the Event

Learn how to create healing systems and rituals that bring ease, not exhaustion, and actually support your peace.

Structure doesn't have to feel restrictive — it can be care.

This second class in the Your Healing Arc: A Curriculum for Care, Structure, and Community series invites you to reimagine structure as something soft, supportive, and nourishing. We'll create rituals and rhythms that bring ease, not pressure.

🗒️ Agenda / What to Expect

- Welcome & community check-in
- Reframing structure as care (not control)
- Guided practice: Creating rituals (journaling, devotion, meal prep, gentle movement)
- Designing your “syllabus of care” for the rest of 2025
- Closing circle & Q&A

📦 What's Included

- 90-minute live workshop
- Replay access if you can't attend live
- Downloadable Curriculum for Care workbook
- A protected, supportive space (capped at 30 participants)
- Guided community check-in for authentic connection

🌱 Who Could Benefit

- Black folks and people of color seeking sustainable care systems
- Those who feel weighed down by rigid structure and want softer rhythms
- Anyone ready to anchor their healing in practical, life-giving rituals
