Join us on Saturday, May 10th from 7:00–8:30 PM for a special Yoga Nidra event designed to honor the many ways we nurture—ourselves, our children, our communities, and each other.

Whether you are a mother, a parent, a caregiver, or someone who shows up with compassion and care, this space is for you. This evening is open to all genders and identities—because mothering is not just a role, it’s an energy.

Experience a multi-sensory journey of rest —a gentle restorative yoga sequence woven with live electronic soundscapes, the shimmering tones of crystal singing bowls, and a heart-centered Yoga Nidra meditation, all set against a soothing visual landscape of original digital art, curated exclusively for this event and projected throughout the space to deepen your sense of relaxation and inner connection.

You’ll be guided through this sacred experience in a supportive community space that celebrates the power of rest, presence, and the many forms of care.
