About the Event
Come explore the way your body responds to music and sound through intuitive led dance and a restorative sound bath.
Come learn how to work freely with your body and mind through dance that is unrestricted and motivated by flow. Come be with others in a judgment free zone where we give each other the freedom to be what we feel in any given moment as music sets a beat and guides us to find our everyday intuition through joyful and expansive (or not so expansive) movement.
Ailie will guide everyone to center themselves through breath, imagery, and simple movements to start. After that the journey is up to you. The movement portion will last an hour and you're welcome to take breaks for water, breathing, meditation at any point.
As the music winds down, everyone is invited to lie down while sound bath practitioner Amie takes everyone on a 30 minute vibrational journey. Relax as the sound waves fill your body and mind and be at peace knowing there's nothing you have to do but listen.
