This is Sip and Stretch- Couples Yoga Date Night A unique date night experience where couples get to build intimacy in a non-sexual way.

During this 75 MINUTE session- you and your partner will experience easy to follow yoga moves that will foster connection and bliss. Particularly, you will be guided with demonstrations from your yoga teacher so that you could copy step by step demo sequences. This is a playful opportunity to laugh, connect, and build subtle movements of intimacy!
