Schedule:
Doors Open: 8:30am
National Anthem and Workout Brief: 9:00am
Heat 1: 9:30am - Heats start every 15 min. You will be give your heat number at check in.
If you are new to the gym, please use this link to fill out the waiver: WAIVER
Please note, there will not be a group warm up. You are responsibile for warming up on your own. Equipment will be available. Please make sure to bring water and any essentails to help you perform your best. We look forward to an amazing event with you!!!
