Artist Ted Glasoe is exhibiting recent work at Great Harvest Bread Co. in Evanston, join us for the artist reception!

Celebrate this new art partnership between Evanston Made and Great Harvest Bread Co. and join us for Ted Glasoe's artist reception. Great Harvest Bread Co.'s new owner Kate Weber, is working with curator Anna Marie Crovetti, to exhibit Evanston Made members' art on a rotating basis.

Artist receptions are open to the community and free to attend. Guests can enjoy light bites and bread tastings, refreshments, coffee and more. All art on exhibit is for sale, these exhibits are a fantastic opportunity to Collect Evanston Art.

Ted Glasoe Bio

I am inspired to photograph Lake Michigan in every way I can — from sweeping seascapes to macro shots of its shoreline. I hope to capture as many of the lake's moods and as much of its personality as I can. I want each image to convey a quality of the lake which resonates with a viewer. I want to help the viewer appreciate the lake as a magnificent natural wonder.

As one image or another resonates with different viewers, I want the entire body of work to create a mosaic which shows how beautiful the lake is, how important it is to our community, how precious a resource it is, and how essential it is we cherish and protect it at all costs.

I am proud and privileged to have the opportunity to create and sell fine art that is beautiful, is environmentally conscious, and adds interest and value to residential, public and corporate spaces.
