6/9 Under the Western Stars- Wine Club Pairing Dinner
Get ready for a Member-exclusive event, featuring our June Wine of the Month, Los Caballeros—a bold, rustic celebration of cowboy culture found across the Americas. Expect southwest staples, traditionally enjoyed around an open fire, like Empanada de Pollo, Ranchers Tenderloin Medallions, and a Coffee Ganache Chocotorta! Raise a glass of grapefruit paloma and toast to friends and warm western sunsets.
Under the Western Stars- Wine Club Dinner Menu ($79 per person):
- Start Your Evening with a Cowboy Paloma
- Garlic Flatbread “Provoleta” with Aji Molida Oil & Basil
- Empanada de Pollo Shredded Cabbage & Cilantro Slaw, Traditional Chimichurri | Paired with Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive May Wine of the Month: Las Americanas
- Ranchers Tenderloin Medallions Chorizo Roasted Fingerling Potatoes & Spring Vegetable “Carbonada Criolla” | Paired with Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive June Wine of the Month: Los Caballeros

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Monday, June 9 @ 7:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.
