About the Event

Enjoy this kid-led tour of the Formal Gardens at Allerton Park!

Do you know kids who love Allerton? Then sign them up for our Garden Tour By Kids, For Kids on Saturday, July 12 from 10 to 11 a.m. Meet at the Greenhouse Patio.

This tour is designed with youth in mind as talented kid volunteers lead the way, pointing out art and sharing the history of the formal gardens and Allerton. The tour will last about 45 to 60 minutes and will continue in a light drizzle. In case of lighting/thunder, the tour will be canceled and tickets will be transferred to another garden tour date upon request.

$5/person (up to age 18). A parent/guardian should accompany youth participants and can register for free. Register by July 5.Space is limited and all sales are final.

About The Farms

The Farms: An Allerton Folk School, offers classes, workshops, and gatherings focusing on art, outdoor education, science, storytelling, and wellness. All experiences value hands-on, experiential teaching and learning, and are facilitated by and for the members of the community.
