Join us at the 2025 HTEC Annual Conference at Southwest Illinois College for a week of learning, sharing, networking, and fun!

Join us for at the 2025 Annual HTEC Conference at Southwestern Illinois College for a week of training, workshops, demos, and networking opportunities. The event will be held at the Belleville Campus, an awe inspiring facility for learning and collaboration. Whether you're a seasoned educator or just starting out teaching, this conference is the only one of its kind that focuses on CNC education and closely related technologies.

Transportation to and from Southwestern Illinois College each day and to Anheuser Busch Tuesday night is available for all conference attendees. If you wish to utilize this transportation please register for an addon ticket.

Partner workshops

Join us Monday evening for a welcome reception at the Regency O'Fallon, conveniently located between the two main conference hotels. Food and drinks will be provided.

Each year our Educational Partners sponsor an educators appreciation event. This year's event will be in St. Louis at the Anheuser Busch factory and Biergarten. Enjoy dinner, a factory tour, and a visit from a member of the famous Budweiser Clydesdale's team!

Guests are welcome, but educators must register adult guest by choosing the ticket for this event on Eventbrite. One adult guest per educator. Educators and Partners do not need to register themselves for Anheuser Busch event. We assume you are coming, please only register your guest using their name and email. Minor children are welcome (no registration necessary)

Free night to explore St. Louis, or other local tourist destinations on your own or with fellow educators.

Peer Groups, 2026 HTEC Council election results and business meeting, wrap up, door prize raffle!

Optional outing St. Louis Cardinals vs. San Diego Padres home game

Please be sure to edit reservation dates to be sure they reflect the dates of your stay prior to making reservation. We have room block rates Sunday 7/20 - Friday 7/25.

Both of these hotels are attached to the Regency conference center that will be the venue for our Monday evening welcome reception.
