Join us at Beatrix Loop for an in-person event that will revolutionize how you think about life and leadership.

Rebel Up! is a refreshingly different 3-part event series designed to connect Chicago-based business leaders with Rebels for Peace, a nonprofit empowering leaders of all ages to think differently and act boldly in their businesses and communities. This will be a mind-expanding experience where the traditional mentoring model is flipped on its head. Professional adults will have the unique opportunity to learn about the mind, how we form our perceptions of reality, and how to handle challenges at work and beyond from young adults who have learned how to be resilient leaders in the face of conflict and adversity living in South Side Chicago. Through powerful conversations and fresh perspectives, we'll challenge conventional ideas and explore how a rebel mindset can transform the way we lead, communicate, and take action.

Each 90-minute session is a chance to learn from and network with both business and youth leaders, breaking down barriers and reshaping the way we think about everything from ourselves, to our colleagues, to the city of Chicago. We're turning the traditional mentorship model upside down—so come ready to learn from voices and perspectives you might not typically encounter.

- Wednesday April 30 - Rebellious Leadership: What the World Needs Now - Leadership isn't a role, it's a state of mind. In today's world, we need more people taking bold action from a different state of mind. We'll explore how to overcome the illusions that keep us perpetuating the noisy, stressed out status quo. This session might change how you think about everything. Leave feeling clearer, calmer, bolder, and more resilient than ever.

- Wednesday May 28 - Dealing with Difficult People: What If There's No Such Thing? - Get ready to have your mind blown and walk away from this session feeling ready to take on anyone and everyone. You'll finally stop avoiding those hard conversations…because they won't exist for you anymore. Ultimately, you'll leave feeling more connected to all humans, even the "difficult" ones.

- Wednesday June 25 - Leading Others: The Simple Equation - Learn how to bring out the best in yourself, so you can bring out the best in others. What can you do to help those around you have less of a victim mentality and more of a solution-oriented, get-shit-done mindset. And what could our companies and communities look like if we all led from this empowered space?
