About the Event
Create Soda can mosaics with Norma Rios- Sierra! Learn to upcycle old soda cans into beautiful mosaics.
Workshop Description
Participants will repurpose aluminum cans to create colorful mosaics. Bring your own cans and incorporate a personal touch!
Accessibility Note
This workshop involves hammering, and there will be loud noise in the space.

Meet Norma Rios-Sierra
Norma Rios-Sierra grew up in Logan Square, Chicago. Norma's work consists of stained glass and mosaics and is often inspired by her experience as a Mexican immigrant. Norma's most recent work embodies community, unity and the idea that we all belong and deserve to feel welcome and safe.

Free street parking is available outside the WasteShed, but spots may be limited so please plan accordingly
