About the Event
Come move with Sarah H, our teacher in training, at YogaSix Southport! Free class, heated to 85°F, all levels welcome.
Come flow with us at YogaSix Southport in this free community class, led by Claire, one of our newer teachers bringing fresh energy, heart, and creativity to the mat. This is a great opportunity to explore your practice, support emerging local talent, and connect with our amazing community.
🧘♀️ Class Details:You'll be guided through a 60-minute, all-levels vinyasa-style flow in our signature heated studio—set to a cozy 85°F to help you move safely and mindfully.
⏰ Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, settle in, and soak in the full experience. Doors close promptly at the start of class and late entry is not permitted.
💦 Bring water, a mat, and a towel—(we have some available if you need them!).
This complimentary class is part of our mission to support new teachers and share the YogaSix experience with the broader Southport community. We can't wait to see you there!
