About the Event

Would you like to connect with your senses and learn to convey the essence of your culinary creations through photography?

This workshop is designed to provide a unique space for participants to explore the sensory experience of food through the combined practices of mindful eating and smartphone photography. The aim is to help food enthusiasts and food entrepreneurs deepen their connection with food and learn how to visually communicate that connection effectively through compelling photographs for their gastronomic ventures or cultural foods.

About the facilitators of the workshop

The workshop is facilitated by two experienced professionals. María Gangotena is a specialist in nutritional education and a mindful eating facilitator with over ten years of experience and a strong academic background, including a Doctorate in Education. Marycarla Quintazzi is a seasoned instructor and facilitator of smartphone photography workshops with extensive international experience in media and communications, holding a Diploma in Digital Photography.
