Improv 101: Laugh More
Ready to try something new, have a blast, and maybe surprise yourself along the way? Improv 101 is the perfect place to start! No experience? No problem. This class is all about having fun in a safe, supportive environment where everyone's welcome.
Our awesome instructors will walk you through the 8 basic “rules” of improv, teaching you how to think on your feet, build scenes, and let your creativity shine. But it's not just about being funny (though there will be plenty of laughs)—improv is also great for:
Building confidence and stepping outside your comfort zone.
Improving communication and learning to connect with others.
Sharpening problem-solving skills in fun and unexpected ways.
Letting your creativity run wild.
Blowing off stress and feeling more relaxed.
