Easter Cookie Workshop

Unleash your creativity this Easter at Le Jasmin Bakery's Easter Cookie Workshop on Saturday, April 19, 2025. This hands-on workshop, led by Executive Pastry Chef Jasmin, runs from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM (EDT) and is designed for adults aged 18 and older. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned baker, this event is the perfect way to relax, learn, and have fun.

The workshop begins with a step-by-step demonstration on how to make the softest, crumbliest sugar cookies and silky royal icing. Chef Jasmin will share her exclusive recipes, tips, and tricks, ensuring you have all the knowledge you need to create beautiful and delicious cookies. You'll also receive a booklet with recipes, illustrations, and space for notes to take home.

After mastering the basics, dive into the decorating portion of the session. Learn professional techniques such as borders, flooding, and intricate detailing while you sip on complimentary wine, coffee, or tea. Light treats and baked goods will also be available to enjoy during the session. By the end of the workshop, you'll take home 10 beautifully decorated cookies to share (or keep for yourself!).

Tickets are available for CA$82.26 (including fees). Early Bird tickets were priced at CA$71.61 but are no longer available. Free parking is provided at the venue, and all materials, tools, and ingredients are included. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend this event.
