Opening the season with brilliance and flair, this mixed repertory program is anchored by George Balanchines Raymonda Variations, set to Alexander Glazunov's radiant score. It epitomizes classical form and precision, setting the tone for a season defined by musicality, elegance, and bold expression. With a stunning pas de deux and a series of short variations at the center of the work, George Balanchines Raymonda Variations is a plotless ballet that utilizes Alexander Glazounov's score from the original full-length version of Raymonda. Additionally performed with Raymonda Variations, we are including Artistic Director CEO Zalman Raffaels Book of Contradictions, Resident Choreographer Amy Hall-Garner's Enrapture, and a world premiere by Ted Seymour. Programs are subject to change.
