About the Event
Need to make some time to read? Join us for Reading Club and make sure you hit your yearly reading goal!
This book club welcomes everyone who identifies as a Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) woman in Orlando, FL. The club focuses on works by authors of color and is a welcoming space for BIPOC women to connect, share perspectives, and foster friendships while celebrating the richness of diverse literary voices.
Please join us for Reading Club where everyone brings their book of choice and we all read together. We also will briefly discuss the books everyone is currently reading and any book suggestions. This month we will be meeting at the Winter Park Library! We normally try to find a spot in the library together near the couches when you first walk in. We sometimes also grab a snack or coffee/tea from a nearby spot afterwards which you welcome to join us!
If you are not able to make the event, please cancel your ticket or communicate with the organizer if you are not able to attend. This allows for the space for others who are interested to attend!
Reading Club is hosted monthly so if you aren't able to make it this month, join us next month!
