About the Event
A self-inquiry voyage to awaken the medicine of Gratitude through contemplation, breath, music and movement.
As the days shorten and light wanes, we turn inward to the heart’s quiet flame — the one that never fades. In times of uncertainty, gratitude becomes a spiritual technology, revealing the hidden wholeness beneath life’s fractures.
In the Kabbalistic view, light and darkness are partners in creation. The cracks and losses invite the light to enter. Gratitude is that light... remembrance that even shadow holds the Divine spark.
Drawing from the Gene Keys, we explore gratitude as a higher frequency: transforming contraction into openness, sorrow into reverence, effort into grace. Gratitude doesn’t deny pain; it illumines it, showing us what we truly love.
As we approach Thanksgiving, we gather differently — not in excess, but in embodied prayer. Through breath, music, movement, and stillness, we’ll restore trust in life, make the ordinary sacred, and give thanks for what is.
Life itself is the gift; gratitude is how we receive it, again and again. Through breathwork — the original endogenous psychedelic — we awaken cellular memory and release old charge into healing. Inspired by Dr. Stanislav Grof’s Holotropic technique, this practice moves us toward the threshold of mystery, and out of the illusion of separation. The session will include:
- An informative talk on what you should expect, the practice, the science, the benefits, and shared tips and techniques on how to maintain presence and make the most of the experience.
- A guided contemplation
- 3 breathing patterns
- A curated playlist
- Release into live sound/music
- Journaling
- Aromatherapy
- Sharing circle
