Simon Shackleton is an internationally acclaimed DJ, composer, and immersive storyteller whose events are created for those who seek depth, connection, and a journey through sound. With a career spanning decades under aliases like Elite Force and Lunatic Calm, Simon is known for curating powerful, narrative-led experiences that defy the formulaic and embrace the unexpected.
From the intimate intensity of The One Series (One DJ, One Room, All Night) to the euphoric energy of the London Boat Parties, and the cinematic immersion of The Shadowmaker live show, his events are united by a singular vision: to bring people together through music with soul, meaning, and movement.
San Francisco has played a vital role in that journey. Legendary, sold-out shows at Cellspace, The Gingerbread House, and Public Works helped cement a loyal West Coast following, many of whom first discovered Simon through unforgettable Burning Man sunrise and sunset sets that became the stuff of myth. This will be the first all-night set of its kind in San Francisco since the final One Series event at Public Works in 2017.
His latest project, CHPTR, is the next evolution – a space for musical storytelling, emotional resonance, and genre-fluid exploration. Crafted for connoisseurs, CHPTR events are designed as unfolding narratives, where community is sacred, and each night tells its own unique tale.
