More details to followWhat countries are participating in the Jollof Rice Competition? Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Liberia, Sierra Leone.How is the winner selected? The winner is selected by both tasting judges and attendees. The votes of the tasting judges. Each judge's vote counts for 20 and attendee votes count for one.
