We've put together a singular taste experience in the Barrel Room at Global Brew Edwardsville. The Executive Chef from our sister company Brick + Bramble has prepared a special menu to complement six offerings from our bourbon storehouses.
Enjoy a sampling of six bourbons - including some of our most exclusive selections - and watch from your table as your ribeye steak is finished to perfection on our live fire Santa Maria grill outside the Barrel Room patio.
