NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES – ALL SALES FINAL:

All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or transfers after purchase.

Credit Card & ID Verification:

Guests must present the original credit card used for purchase and a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. The name on the ID and credit card must match the name on the purchased tickets. Guests without matching identification or payment method will be denied entry without refund.

Health & Safety Policy:

No credit or refund will be issued due to illness. By purchasing tickets to a Hotel Vista Sierra event, you acknowledge tickets are non-refundable and assume the risk of being unable to attend due to illness.

By placing an order, you confirm receipt and acceptance of this Purchase Policy, forming a binding contract between you and the event promoter.

EVENT BOOKING

Each ticket purchased guarantees admission to the event named on your order. Before purchasing, please confirm event title, time, and location. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time listed. No-shows forfeit all rights to refund or credit.

If the event is canceled, you will receive a refund for the face value of your ticket.

NO REFUNDS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Unforeseen circumstances beyond promoter control—such as weather, traffic, transportation delays, emergencies, or other external factors—are not grounds for a refund.

If an exchange or transfer is approved, a $10 administrative fee and a $10 restocking fee per ticket may apply.

The promoter, venue management, and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest for any reason at their discretion, including disorderly behavior, failure to comply with venue policies, intoxication, or capacity limitations.

Changes to talent, entertainment, or amenities are not grounds for refund. Amenities such as drink tickets, gifts, VIP inclusions, or special guests are not guaranteed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

By purchasing tickets through Eventbrite, you release and forever discharge Hotel Vista Sierra and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during participation in the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hotel Vista Sierra, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses—including attorney’s fees—arising from your participation in the event.

COLLECTIONS & LEGAL ACTION AGAINST DEBT

If funds from your purchase are reversed or reclaimed, you remain financially responsible for the full amount owed, plus applicable collection or legal fees. The promoter reserves the right to pursue recovery through collections or legal action. Unpaid balances may affect your personal credit rating until settled.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY

Any legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Auburn, Placer County, California.

If any clause of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
