As the air cools and autumn settles into the valley, our November Uncorked dinner invites you to journey to the hills of Sicily — through the glass. This month, we welcome the remarkable wines of Tenuta Regaleali, crafted by the Tasca d’Almerita family, whose estate has cultivated vines on these storied lands since the 1830s.
The evening will be guided by Alessandro Tasca d’Almerita, ninth-generation steward of the Tenuta Regaleali legacy. Alessandro will share the family’s philosophy of winemaking, their deep respect for Sicilian terroir, and the passion that has sustained their vineyard for nearly two centuries. Guests will enjoy an intimate tasting journey led by Alessandro himself — from crisp, expressive whites to bold, sun-soaked reds that embody the spirit of Sicily.
Our culinary team has designed a multi-course dinner to complement these distinctive wines, each pairing revealing another layer of Sicily’s vibrant flavor and timeless charm. Expect bright beginnings, rich heart notes, and a finale that lingers like a memory worth revisiting.
