About the Event
4 week adult class that encompasses personalized gift making through embroidery, mixed media, and painting. (Ages 18+)
Join Three Door Studiosfor our 4 week Handmade Holiday series class. In these classes, we will explore embroidery, mixed media, and painting to create personalized gifts. Attendees can use this series to learn new techniques in giftmaking.
Details:
Dates: November 5th, 12th, 19th and December 3rd
Age: 18+
Times: November 5th-19th 6:30-8:30 December 3rd 5:30-8:30pm
Price: $150 for full 4 week series; $60 for single day (option to pay without eventbrite fee can happen in person with cash or check, reach out to us for alternative registration)

The first three classes will focus on a different medium. The fourth class is designed to offer an open studio opportunity for attendees to finish their creations and create customized giftwraping.
November 5th: (6:30-8:30pm)
Photo transfer to fabric w/embroidery
We will be learning how to transfer an image onto fabric and bring it to life, utilizing 3-4 simple embroidery stitches - taught step-by-step during the session. This technique can get used to create many special projects such as a framed art peice, ornament, or pillow.
Required for this class: Send us 1 personal image (will be asked to send through a google doc separately upon registration)
November 12th: (6:30-8:30pm)
🎨Mixed Media
Cards & Tags:: Because sometimes the card is the best part!! Attendees will explore a variety of mixed media techniques & tools to create one of a kind holiday cards & tags to give your gifts that extra flair!
November 19th: (6:30-8:30pm)
🎄✨ Holiday Hand-Painted Ornament Set
Join us for a cozy, creative session where you’ll design and paint your own set of unique ornaments - perfect for decorating your tree, name place accessory, or adorning that special gift. No experience needed and all abilities are welcome!
December 3rd: (5:30pm-8:30pm)
1. Hand printed gift wrapping paper and fabric w/ Madison
2. Open studio: Use what you learned over the last 3 weeks to continue a project, start something new from the series, or ask deeper questions from the instructors!
We’ll provide the materials and plenty of holiday cheer - you just bring your creativity (and maybe invite a friend or two to register)! 🎨🎁
