Join us for an exciting Hyrox-inspired fitness competition hosted by the Alberta Women's Flag Football Team — all in support of our incredible athletes heading to Nationals this July! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just in it for the fun, this event is your chance to sweat, compete, and celebrate community.
With men's, women's, doubles and kids divisions, there's a challenge for everyone. Expect high energy, great vibes, and tons of fun with music, delicious eats from a local food cart, cold plunges to cool off, and even a bouncy castle for the kids.
It's a day the whole family can enjoy while supporting a great cause. Come compete, cheer, and be part of something amazing — we'll see you there!
