LODGING

We will be staying at Sandman Hotel Revelstoke (first 5 nights) & 1 night at Hotel 11 or comparable near YYC airport (last night). We will have several rooms, and each room has 2 queen beds and a kitchenette. We will max out at 12 people. The hotel is 12 minutes to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, and 4 hours 26 minutes drive from YYC airport.

Features: Ski shuttle nearby, hot tub, kitchenette, dining area, gym, 2 indoor pools, restaurant (Denny's) & bar on site , 24-hour front desk, housekeeping, free WiFi, TV, mini-fridge, microwave, extra bed available at a fee, laundry facilities, dry cleaning/laundry service, fireplace in lobby, banquet hall.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Daily round trip transportation from the house to Revelstoke Resort is included. Round trip transportation from YYZ airport to the house is included if yours flights are the same as listed above (or earlier on arrival flight or later on departure flight). If your arrival flight and/or departure flight are within 15 minutes of our flights indicated above, we can still accommodate you on airport transportation. We can use the vehicle to go out for dinners, and other activities as well.

LIFT TICKETS

* Get Ikon Pass for $1,429 or Ikon Base Pass for $1,009 (as of 5/30/2025) at https://www.ikonpass.com . This is the best price we have for this trip. This is the best price we have for this trip, and the pass you get will also be good for our other Ikon Pass mountain trips.

TRIP COST:

We will accept Early Bird $200 deposit this season before Sept 1st 2025 to secure your spot, Regular $250 deposit when Early Bird spots have sold out. (The balance $399 is due by Sept 1st, or the deposit will be forfeited).

* Early Birds $599 shared queen bed above mentioned lodging & ground transportation package; Early Birds $749 own queen bed (Price will go up on Sept 1st or when 50% of all tickets are sold whichever comes first)

* Regular $649 shared queen bed above mentioned lodging & ground transportation package; Regular $799 own queen bed .

Included In Trip Cost

This 7 days 6 nights ski/snowboard trip includes: 5 days downhill skiing or snowboarding at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, 6 nights of lodging at nearby Sandman Hotel Revelstoke, mostly two persons will share a queen bed or upgrade to own queen bed for $150. We will do our best to match your roommate. All ground transportation, including daily round trip transportation from house to these mountains, transportation on activity day and to dinners, and round trip airport transportation to and from the house if your flights are the same one mentioned above (earlier on arrival flight or later on departure flight).

To fly to Canada from the USA, US citizens need:

An eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) to board their flight.

A valid US passport.

No visa is required for stays under 180 days.

No vaccination is needed to enter Canada.

Masks are no longer required on transport.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
