Loud s 6th annual queer performing arts showcase featuring a high caliber of talent in a beautiful, seated theater style venue! This year, The Majestic Ventura Theater will be hosting us for the third time and bringing to life the powerful stories of over 20 creatives. We invite you to join us and witness this magic!Doors Open at 6PM for visual art component and social hour with music by DJ Lunessence with Moonstruck Entertainment7:30PM Main event begins with a powerful poetic opening from our host Bay Davis9:30PM Event ends and we will move to Paddys for Loud & Queer after party! (Free entry)Things to know:This is venue does not have wheelchair access upstairs but there is accessible seating access and restroom access downstairsASL will be provided - Please email Vcloudandqueer@gmail.com if you require front row seating for our ASL servicesOn site Crisis Counseling will be provided by Coalition for Family Harmony as heavy material may be shared from our spoken word poetsInteractive corner with ear plugs will be provided for anyone who feels a bit over stimulated during the eventThis event is for mature audience only as some material will not be suitable for kids. We recommend this event for teens and adultsNo outside food or drinks. There will be drinks and snacks sold inside21+ there will be a bar for alcohol to purchasePlease know we will NOT turn anyone away. There is an option for a free ticket if you cannot afford one

The Majestic Ventura Theater houses all musical genres, and thus some shows require stricter regulations, depending on the Artist, and what we the staff deem to be appropriate for certain events. Included are our standard rules, which are amended on per show basis. Enforced at all shows, no exceptions. No Re-Entry, No Refunds. Smoking in designated areas only “per V.C. Sec. 6273” Your Medical Marijuana card does not work here, so that kind of smoking is not allowed. Shoes and Shirts must be worn at all times. ID required to drink, State issued IDs and Passports are the only acceptable form of ID, no temporary, school, expired, foreign, or work IDs. No Stage-diving, No Crowd-Surfing. No Professional Cameras or Recording Devices. “unless otherwise posted” No Spiked jewelry or sharp objects. No outside food or Drink. No Fighting, or Lawbreaking. ENFORCED AT EVERY SHOW: – Shoes, Shirts, Pants/Shorts must be worn at all times. – No Gang or Racist Attire – No Spiked Jewelry or Sharp Objects – No Knives, Wallet Chains, Pens, or Markers. – No Pipes or Any Illegal Drugs.
