ex•plore: Nature at Night

Join us to learn about animals, insects and others that crawl and fly around at night, followed by a night walk through the woods
Join UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County for "Nature at Night" at Sleeping Turtles PreserveNorth! Enjoy educational information about common nocturnal animals found in our area, followed by a nighttime trail walk to search for these fascinating creatures.
Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and your preferred footwear for going on a walk in the forest at night.If you have a flashlight or headlamp with a red light function, please bring it with you. We will be hiking in the dark.

Time: 6pm-8pm.
Cost: Free
Advance registration is required. Registration is for ages 18+. If you plan on bringing any youth, please coordinate with the organizer at the email below.
