About the Event
We will sample some craft chocoalte in both bar and drinking form!
Chocolate was originally a drink, like coffee and tea. We will learn about the evolution of chocolate from drink form to solid bar form.
We will also have a lot of fun enjoying chocolate in both forms. We will sample a flight of craft single-origin dark chocolate, and then enjoy those same chocolates in drink form. Some drinks/chocolate will contain dairy.
No samples of chocolate will contain gluten or nuts (although I can't guarantee no traces of these).
We will learn together, it will be very interactive, there will be music, and there will be time for questions and purchasing bars if you wish. Anyone who loves to learn is welcome! Come with an open mind to try new an unique flavours.
Includes: Samples of 5 solid chocolate and 5 drinking chocolate.
Important! Please come hungry or have a very small meal beforehand, or have your meal after the tasting if possible. Being full limits your ability to taste. Please do not wear perfumes as this will also interfere with yours and others ability to pick up the aromas.
About The Chocolate : These are made by small founder-owned craft chocolate makers from around the world using fine flavoured cacao from ethical and transparent sources (above Fairtrade standards).
