It's really just a yoga class…….But, the value I bring here is specifically: timeless-effortless-efficiency through intuitive unity. What does that even mean??? The chord progression of physical layers that strums each part of the yoga. Breath control + Stretch + Strength + Cardio—> To the higher pitch ascending and descending melodies of the mind: doubt management -> prayer -> surrender -> simplicity then finally into creatvity while you float through Jong and Majo's sonic authenticity.
This process fast tracks you into your highest most present and conscious state of mind. Every class is unique, just like every single group I come across.
For this aspect, I hope Jong and Majo follow their intuitive nature might it highlight not only my ability but ignite the intuitive nature and the abilities of each and every class member.
Being powerfully sensitive and emotionally creative. I'm sharing this essence with the people in my life in a way that's special. Welcome! My favourite people, place, ideas, sounds all to 1 place !
