About the Event
We're welcoming everyone to come on in, grab the mic, and raise their voice!
CALLING ALL POETS!
Sheath your writing quill for the evening and crack open your journal for all to hear.
We're eager to listen. This is meant to be a space of compassionate community. All topics are welcome, all people are welcome.
Join us at Manns Distillery, where you can enjoy a locally crafted signature cocktail/mocktail and get welcomed into this cozy group of poets of all ages and all experience levels.
March 20th we have a Featured Poet! Maichina Veri - local organizer for Brantford's Literary Festival b. lit and Host of Dog Eared Cafe's own Open Mic Poetry Night (first Friday of the Month).
*Event wraps up at 8: 30pm but the distillery remains open until late.
Beginners welcome! Just walk in and sign up.
Time limits will depend on the number of poets who register.
