Cedarvale Park Tree Planting Event

Join the City of Toronto's efforts to expand and care for its urban forest! Volunteer at tree planting and stewardship events taking place from spring through fall across the city. As a volunteer, you'll learn about native trees and shrubs, gain hands-on experience in tree planting, and participate in environmental stewardship activities.

Events are a great opportunity to meet new people, contribute to the community, and gain valuable skills. Individuals and small groups can typically drop in, but groups of five or more should register in advance by emailing greentoronto@toronto.ca.
