East End THRIVE (THRIVE Recovery Community & Outreach Center – East End), a peer-led, drug- and alcohol-free community hub offering recovery coaching, support groups, and wellness workshops. THRIVE is operated by Family & Children’s Association in partnership with regional recovery organizations and funded in part by NYS OASAS.
New location: THRIVE East End now serves the North and South Forks from 680 Elton Street, Riverhead, centrally located for our community.
Community partner: HUGS, Inc.—a Long Island nonprofit providing prevention education and youth leadership programs that reduce high-risk behaviors and build healthier communities.
