Join us for an evening of aromatic ritual, gentle movement, and guided meditation—cultivating vitality and resilience for the season ahead.
As the pace quickens toward the holidays, Winter Wellness AromaNidra offers a counterbalance: a sensory evening to ground, replenish, and restore.
This immersive practice weaves together aromatic ritual, gentle movement, and guided meditation—a seasonal antidote to stress, fatigue, and overwhelm. Rooted in the wisdom of winter, it invites you to turn inward, tap into your body’s natural rhythms, and create a touchstone for calm in the coming holiday storm.
You’ll begin with therapeutic essential oils, chosen to calm the nervous system, lift the spirit, and set ritual intention. Through restorative postures and slow, grounding movement, the body softens and steadies, preparing you for deeper rest. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a meditative journey that works in the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep—nourishing your inner resources and opening pathways toward greater resilience.
Together, these practices offer a unique blend of quiet and vitality: settling what needs to rest, while fortifying the energy that keeps you steady and carries you forward. You’ll leave feeling grounded, resilient, and resourced for the season ahead.
Led by Erika Mehiel, an ERYT-500 certified yoga teacher and YACEP specializing in Therapeutic Essentials, Restorative, and Yin practices.
