About the Event
This page is intended for vendors to sign up for a table for the Sherbrooke Community League Farm Fair Craft Sale
There are 18 tables available.
This is an OUTDOOR event - tables and chairs are available but we encourage vendors to bring 10x10 tents as well.
Vendors will have access to the event space from 10AM - 4PM.
Also a few additional notes from the organizers:
- There will be free tea and coffee for all vendors
- You should come early to give you lots of time to set up before the event begins
- You should stay until closing time even if you are nearly sold out, we do not want pack up / take down occurring while still open
- After you have unloaded you need to find street parking so as to leave the parking lot for attendees
- Electricity is NOT available for this outdoor event
In order to assign tables please complete your order for your table(s) and send the following information to president.sherbrookecl@gmail.com with:
- What you are selling:
- Do you need power(power provided by extension cables):
- Do you need to be against a wall:
- Do you want to be part of the middle area:
- Special requests or needs:
Schedule:
10AM - Vendor Set Up
12PM - Event begins
3PM -Event ends, hall closes to public
4PM - Hall closes to all (vendor pack up time)
We are planning on a daily spotlight for each vendor (or group)!If you're interested please send:
- What name/title you want to be posted.
- Website/etsy/facebook or other social media and shop links.
- Your logo or graphic
- Any text you would like included
