This 121-acre oasis, generously donated to Norfolk County by Mr. Paul DeCloet through Environment and Climate Change Canada's Ecological Gift Program, features rolling hills and a cold water creek winding through a lush landscape of mature deciduous trees and rare hemlock stands.
This event offers a unique opportunity to explore one of Norfolk's most beautiful and environmentally sensitive areas, showcasing over 40 years of dedication by Mr. DeCloet. The forest serves as both a tranquil escape and an educational experience, highlighting the importance of conservation and the beauty of our natural world.
