A mindful beer tasting yoga class.
Come practice yoga while enjoying a flight of beer. Class and flight included.
Join us monthly at WILDEYE BREWING in North Vancouver Saturdays 1030-1130am
Please arrive early to pick up your flight and get yourself settled. Bring a full water bottle, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. This class is catered to ALL levels, no experience necessary. Gluten free and Non Alcoholic options available.
