Sacred Pulse: A Drum Gathering is a soulful experience hosted by Crystal Dawn Mystic and Tamara Messner of Roots and Resonance, blending sound, movement, and meditation in a setting that awakens deep connection to self, Earth, and community.
We'll begin outdoors on the ranch, drumming beneath the open sky, surrounded by the gentle presence of the horses ā grounding into the earth's natural rhythm and awakening our collective heartbeat.
As twilight deepens, we'll move indoors for a ritual drum wash and meditation, allowing the sound to cleanse, realign, and restore your energy field.
This gathering invites you to let go, connect through sound, and return to your own sacred pulse.
Evening Flow:
- 6:00 PM: Doors open
- 6:30 PM: Opening circle and grounding drum session with the horses
- 7:15 PM: Transition indoors for drum wash and meditative sound journey
- 8:15 PM: Closing circle and reflection

- A drum or percussion instrument (some will be available to share)
- A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for comfort during meditation
- Warm layers for outdoor drumming by the fire
- An open heart and willingness to journey through rhythm

Crystal Dawn Mystic creates sacred sound experiences that nurture transformation and inner peace through vibration and intuitive guidance.
Tamara Messner of Roots and Resonance is a dedicated holistic wellness practitioner passionate about helping others find peace, balance and healing through energy work, sound therapy, and intuitive guidance.
Together, they weave rhythm, energy, and intention into an evening of resonance, reflection, and renewal.
