About the Event
An invitation to soften into stillness, release tension, and renew body and mind in quiet presence.
Embrace the seasonal shift from summer's vibrant energy to fall's quiet introspection in this nourishing 90-minute journey.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Yin Yoga: Guided by Julia, this slow, meditative practice invites you to release tension, soften deeply, and prepare your body to receive healing.
Acupuncture: While you rest in Savasana, Brian's expert use of thin, hair-like needles promotes balance, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
Brian is a registered acupuncturist with a transformative approach to wellness, drawing on over 12 years of experience in physical and mental health care. Initially trained in physiological pain treatment and manual techniques, he discovered the profound impact of stress on the body and expanded his focus to the brain-body connection. He now provides integrated care for physical and mental pain, utilizing evidence-based practices and specialized training in functional rehabilitation, pain neutralization techniques, autonomic nervous system reset, cognitive movement systems, homeopathic medicine, and functional medicine.
Julia is a dedicated wellness educator with over 15 years of experience supporting physical and mental well-being through the mind-body connection. As a full-time yoga teacher, she integrates mindfulness, creativity, and self-compassion into her offerings, creating restorative and introspective experiences. Trained in the Wheel of Consent, Peer Counseling, and Reiki, Julia emphasizes clear communication, trust, and embodied awareness. Her workshops and classes are designed to foster relaxation, self-inquiry, and deep connection in a welcoming environment. Her facilitation style blends warmth, creativity, and a deep respect for each individual's unique journey.
