Project Overview
The goals of this project are to foster sustainable, inclusive economic growth by building on regional strengths, enhancing municipal collaboration, and leveraging data-driven decision-making. The project aims to:
• Update and integrate economic development strategies locally and regionally.
• Prioritize investment in critical infrastructure and identify growth opportunities in priority sectors.
